Five things salons want their clients to do while they’re closed because of the coronavirus

no comments

Salons have sadly closed their doors for the foreseeable future as the coronavirus outbreak continues, meaning clients are forced to go it alone. What do customers need to know to stop them making a terrible mistake?

1. PLEASE – don’t cut your own hair! (At least this will make customers realise it’s not just a case of holding scissors and chopping).

2. While you’re at it, put that box dye down! Put a hat on it and wait until we’re open again before you think about colouring yourself.

3. To reiterate, DON’T DO IT YOURSELF. It looks like hats and accessories will be in this summer…

4. But here’s something they CAN do – book future appointments, buy vouchers, buy products, and support us online. Give us a good review, follow us and engage with us on social media.

The time has come, this has been an extremely hard decision but we have decided we need temporarily close the salon until further notice. The health and well being of our team , family and clients is extremely important to us. We want to support the NHS by practising social distancing, the sooner we start practicing this the sooner we will be over it. Times are incredibly challenging for small businesses we need your support. Please continue to book future appointments , engage in our posts , any Aveda products can be bought and delivered to your home. And E vouchers can be purchased too, these will not expire.
