The F.A.M.E. Team is the ultimate opportunity for hairdressers under 35, providing a year-long mentoring program packed with opportunities, education and exposure.
Past members read like a who’s who of British hairdressing greats, with industry leaders including Errol Douglas MBE, Zoe Irwin, Adam Reed, Umberto Giannini, Antoinette Beenders, Carolyn Newman and Lisa Shepherd having passed through the program.
Each year, the team is guided by their mentor through an inspiring 12 months of activities, all designed to improve their knowledge, enhance their technical skills and build greater awareness of the wealth

The current team, which is mentored by Nick Irwin, have already enjoyed the opportunity to work backstage at London Fashion Week, present models at the Fellowship’s President’s Night and enjoy mentoring in presentation skills with Simon Shaw and trends with Zoe Irwin.
Later this year, they will be representing the UK in Australia as they present on stage at the Hair Expo show.
While each year’s mentor and program of events is different, members of the team are guaranteed to enjoy 12 months of exciting, diverse and eye-opening experiences to further their careers as hairdressers.
To enter, hairdressers must be under 35 on 1st January 2020 and must be fully qualified with a minimum of three years’ experience.
To apply for the 2020 team, interested hairdressers need to film a two-minute video showcasing their career to date, their industry ambitions, examples of their work and insight into what they would
